Content Guidelines

These Content Guidelines outline what content is and isn't allowed on Neon Bay. All users must follow these guidelines when creating companions or interacting with the platform.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Neon Bay. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Content that promotes illegal activities (drug manufacturing, trafficking, etc.)
• Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
• Content involving the exploitation of minors (CSAM)
• Fraud schemes or scam instructions

2.2 Harmful Content

• Content that encourages self-harm or suicide
• Content promoting eating disorders
• Instructions for harming oneself or others
• Content that glorifies violence against real people

2.3 Harassment & Hate

• Companions designed to harass or bully specific individuals
• Content promoting hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Doxxing or sharing private information

2.4 Impersonation

• Companions based on real people without their explicit consent
• Companions impersonating celebrities, public figures, or private individuals
• Use of copyrighted characters or trademarks without authorization

3. Mature Content

Neon Bay permits mature themes for verified users. However:

• All mature content must be properly tagged
• All characters must be depicted as adults
• No content depicting or implying minors in inappropriate situations
• No non-consensual content involving real people

4. Creator Responsibilities

When creating companions, you must:

• Only use images you own or have rights to use
• Accurately tag mature content
• Not create companions based on real people
• Not use copyrighted characters without permission

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by emailing [email protected].

6. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
